Running RNode Consensus Features

#1

you want to simulate a private blockchain network, you can set up a bootstrap node, by running RNode in standalone mode. Then run a couple of RNode servers and pass in the address of the bootstrap node

Consensus requires that multiple nodes be running in a network. Before attempting to access these features, ensure that you have the following in place:

1 bootstrap node
2 other node instances running on a network where they can communicate with each other (peers of each other).
Keys for the node instances (these will be required for signing & creating the bond.txt file)
Some Rholang code that you wish to deploy.
A bonds.txt file (can be system generated also)
